Do I need separate accounts for the billing and courier services?
Yes. You must have active accounts with each billing provider and courier you want to use. Facturier acts as the secure bridge that connects your Shopify store to these accounts via API.
Does the app store my invoices or customer data?
No. We follow a strict “zero storage” policy. The app fetches documents securely from your billing providers in real time only when you request them and does not store invoice PDFs or customer data on its own servers.
Can the app generate pro forma invoices as well as fiscal invoices?
Yes. You can configure Facturier to create pro forma invoices (Factură Proforma) or fiscal invoices automatically for each Shopify order or Shopify POS sale, depending on your workflow and billing provider settings.
Can I create FanCourier and Sameday AWBs in bulk from Shopify?
Yes. You can select multiple orders, generate AWBs for FanCourier, Sameday (including Easybox), Cargus, DPD, GLS, Packeta in one batch, and then download all labels for printing.
Does the app work with Shopify POS?
Yes. Orders created in Shopify POS can trigger the same invoice, pro forma invoice, and AWB automations as online orders, so your in-store and online operations stay unified.
Does the app support COD and stock sync with my billing software?
Yes. When invoices and AWBs are generated together, COD amounts and stock movements are kept in sync between Shopify and your billing platform (SmartBill, FGO, or Oblio).
What happens if a customer forgets to select a locker on the map?
You have a failsafe. You can manually select a pick-up point for the customer directly from the Shopify Admin before generating the AWB.
